  • Reviews existing services and organizational structures with regard to compliance issues associated with self-referral regulations, the Office of the Inspector General, Fraud and Abuse (Safe Harbor) Regulations and Stark I & II Regulations.
  • Discusses various internal organizational structures and compensation arrangements with the potential ASC Members and recommend options for their consideration.
  • Coordinates the development of information gathering and analysis systems necessary for the on-going operations.
  • Provides planning for future development and the profitability of various agreements with other providers and insurers.
  • Assesses and provides plans for appropriate services to be delivered by the Center.
